Third Update (Save Progress and Settings, splash screen, level improvements)

Fixes:

 Settings stays open when trying to exit the pause with ESC.

Added:

 Going left is now playable and not a certain death.

 Splash Screen with logo added.

 Main menu now has my logo.

 Save System - Saving your settings, death count, unlocked power ups and your progress (on checkpoint).

Changes:

 Minor wall layout change at the Double Jump Location.
